Why are prices slightly different in my store compared to your website?

On our website you can find recommended retail prices. However, stores set final prices. If your country is not part of the European Union, customs duties are charged on products. Also, White Shark headquarters are in Croatia. The farther your country is from Croatia, the higher the transport cost. Both factors affect the final price you see in stores.

My store does not have the White Shark product I want. Can I order it directly from you?

If you are from Croatia, contact us at hello@whiteshark.gg and we can deliver the product if we have it in stock. If you live outside Croatia, contact the store and ask them to order the item for you.

My White Shark product stopped working! What should I do? My warranty has not expired yet.

First of all, we are sorry to hear that! To replace the product as soon as possible, contact the store where you bought it, bring your invoice and warranty, and request a replacement. If you run into problems during that process, contact us at hello@whiteshark.gg and we will find a solution as soon as possible!
